Reiki

Reiki (“universal life energy” in Japanese) is hands-on healing energy. It acts toward harmony and balance of body, mind and soul. It brings deep relaxation and a sense of well-being, strengthens the immune and endocrine systems, heals all types of illnesses, releases energy blockages, and mobilizes the body to heal itself. Coming out of the practitioner’s palms, Reiki can be delivered by either gently laying hands on the body (above clothing) or projecting the energy from a distance of a few inches.
